Your Ideas,
My Canvas
Unique Art for Unique Spaces
Have an idea for a painting you’d like to make your own? I’d love to hear about it. A custom piece starts with a conversation about what you have in mind, the size, style, subject, colours and any details that would make the artwork personal to you. From there, we’ll work together to shape the idea into something that feels right for your space and reflects what you originally envisioned. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the piece, and I’ll make sure everything is clear before any work begins. Take a look through my artwork for inspiration and to get a feel for the materials, textures and styles I work with. And if you already have an idea, great. If you don’t, that’s completely fine too. We can figure it out together.

Understanding Your Vision
The process starts with a simple conversation. Tell me what you have in mind, whether it’s a specific subject, a favourite place, a colour palette, or simply a space that needs the right piece of art.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. A few references, photos or even a general direction can be enough to get us started. From there, we’ll talk about size, style, colours and any details that could make the piece more personal to you.
I’ll guide you through the options and answer any questions along the way. The goal is to find a direction that feels right before we move on to the proposal.
Proposal & Agreement
Making It Official
Once we’re happy with the direction, I’ll put together the details of the commission, including the agreed size, concept and price. A non-refundable 50% deposit will then secure your place in my schedule.
From there, I can start planning the piece, sourcing materials where needed and getting to work. The remaining balance is due once the artwork is complete and you’ve had a chance to review it.
Rights
Copyright & Privacy
I retain the copyright to commissioned artwork, which means I may photograph, reproduce or share the finished piece through my website, portfolio and social media.
Of course, I understand that some commissions are personal. If you’d prefer to keep your artwork private, just let me know. We can include that in our agreement before the project begins.
The Finished Piece
Review & Delivery
Once your painting is finished, I’ll send you photos so you can review the completed piece before making the final payment. If anything needs attention, we can discuss it before arranging delivery.
Depending on your location, I can either deliver the artwork in person or arrange for it to be shipped safely to you.
Personal Message
A Piece Made for You
Being trusted to create something personal for someone is one of the things I enjoy most about commissioned work. Every project is different, and I want the finished piece to feel like it was made specifically for you, because it was.
My mixed media landscape and cityscape paintings include dimensional materials and require a little more care than a traditional painting. In the unlikely event that something is damaged after your purchase, I’ll repair the artwork at no additional cost.
Thank you for trusting me with your idea. I look forward to seeing where we can take it together.
