Frankenstein Drawing is a monochrome portrait focused on the character’s familiar features and expression. Detailed shading defines the face, while deeper blacks create contrast around the eyes, hair and clothing. I kept the surrounding marks much softer and less defined. They gradually fade toward the edges, keeping the attention on the portrait while giving the drawing a slightly atmospheric quality.
