Smaller white balloons rest on the floor, scattered around and contributing to the playful feel of the installation. Additionally, white baskets filled with balloons are placed in the scene, further adding to the whimsical and light-hearted theme of the display.

This retail window installation was created for Holt Renfrew’s flagship store on Bloor Street in Toronto. Titled In The Air, the 2014 project brings together fashion, sculptural elements and an imaginative visual environment designed specifically for the storefront. I used suspended forms, clouds and balloon-like elements throughout the display to create a sense of movement and weightlessness. The installation surrounds the mannequins rather than simply sitting behind them, turning the entire window into one visual composition.
