Endeavour Aluminum Print is a hand-embellished edition of my original Endeavour painting, printed on aluminum and finished with LED backlighting. The piece brings the composition into a different format while keeping the layered arrangement of instruments at the centre of the original work. The aluminum surface gives the image a different presence from canvas, while the hand-applied details make this more than a straightforward reproduction. The backlighting adds another dimension to the piece and changes how it reads as the surrounding light shifts.
